While Sprouting with S.P.O.T.S. understands that illnesses and emergencies occur, we respectfully ask that you avoid frequent cancellations or "no shows."

1. All cancellations must be submitted 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

2. If you reschedule/ are late for 3 scheduled appointments within a plan of care, the office will reserve the right to discharge. 

1. If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, the appointment will end at the scheduled time or may be cancelled. 

2. If you fail to appear to your scheduled appointment 3 or more times within a plan of care without proper notification, the office will reserve the right to discharge.
